Forging Process
With the help of dyes and hammers the process being run of cutting shaped raw instruments. In the forging process, our skilled craftsman give life to the metal and give it the rudimentary shape that will go through series of complicated process.
Forging Inspection
At the stage of forging, every forged tool comes for checking to ensure no piece contains any cracks or is reshaped beyond the acceptable limits. There are further steps for checking the quality of raw instruments.

Shapping & Cutting
In this process forging is cut or shaped by machine i.e the tool gets cutting sharp edge and raw material in the specific demand shape. Here instruments are taking their specific shape through grinding and hammers. For this purpose, extremely skilled labor is required and this process is carried out by instruments specialists only.

Inspection Of Milling Process
At this stage, each instrument is inspected not only for machining, cutting and milling, but for every process they have been go through for inspection. At this stage only best instruments are selected and instruments with little holes and manufacturing faults are again sorted out.
Filling
At Filling stage, the steel is not too hard yet so the process of filling is used to shape the instruments in the expect shape they are require to be. The workers match the shape exactly with the sample or the specific shape provided them at this stage, so here the instruments get most similar of their shape.
Filling Process Inspection
At the filling inspection, filling the inspection is made. The measurement and shape are checked according to sample.
Tempering
At this step all instruments are bound in group of 12 pieces. The workers put them in the temper machine which is filled with a particular material. Then instruments are tempered and it’s have ensured that every instrument gets equal heat and treatment so a consistent quality would be achieved. The tempering process is critical in the manufacturing of surgical instruments, as it can impart specific mechanical properties to the instrument that make it suitable for its intended use. The specific heat treatment and quenching process used will depend on the instrument’s material, shape, and intended use.
Snaffling & Fitting
Snaffling Fitting is for scissor and forceps, scissors are in two pieces are joined with screw and forceps are usually joint with two kinds of joints. Some instruments joint with the Lap joint and some with the box joint. Tweezers shape forceps are joined by laser welding so there is not any doubt in fitting.
Plant
At the Plant and heat treatment instruments are dipped in a material to harden the material by hanging for five minutes.
Poloshing
Instrument get there polishing and finishing here, instruments have to mirror polish, satin polish and gold finish. Till this point at manufacturing stage, all the necessary shaping is done. Polishing process makes every millimeter of instrument smooth and clear surface of instrument.
Passivation
We passivate and apply the boil test on each and every instrument before packing, we use the imported chemical in Passivation Process. It takes 24-hour treatment on each instrument to eliminate any chances of rusting / Corrosion.
Final Finishing
Each instruments have to be pass through by finial finishing process, Final finish can be done by Dull Burch or Buffing process done for final finishing.
Ultrasonic And Cleaning
In this process the instruments are dipped in 2 kinds of liquid materials for cleaning the polish raw things on it. It makes time 1 mint, for first material and then for half min to other material. Ultrasonic cleaning cleans any polishing material stuck and leaves the instruments crystal clear..
Quality Assurance Inspection & Tuck Checking
Each instrument pass through by quality and inspection process, in this process the instrument check and see every part to check if there is any defect part, if any instrument is defective than the instrument marked with red marker for re polishing. In Tuck checking process our workers check the cuts and all the blocks of instruments just by viewing the instruments individually..
Cleaning & Checking
Now at cleaning and checking process all instruments are cleaned and checked again one by one. To do this process again the checking for measurement, polish and usability.
Laser Marking
In this process all instruments are comes to get laser stamp. Our skilled workers put stamps on each instrument by laser machine.
Packing
The packing of instruments to make a shipment is done here. Each instrument pack in polyethene plastic. Each Instruments label with name, size, catalog number, barcode paste at the polyethene plastic for identity of instrument. Packing of 12 pieces in one card box and 200 pieces in one cartoon. Each cartoon labeled with total quantity, lot number and necessary care instruction in transportation.
Storage
All packed cartoon of instruments should be properly stored in a clean and dry environment.
